• 60g bloom (swirl)
• 200g
• 400g (swirl)

Espresso

Ratio - 1:2
18.5    38 @ 27sec (201*F)

Drip Machine

Grind Setting - Medium/fine
Ratio - 1:16

Cold Brew

Grind Setting - Coarse
Ratio - 1:13
Steep for 12 hours at room temp
